Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how AVERCYN GLOBAL INC ("ShiftKumo", "we", "us") delivers the ShiftKumo employee scheduling service, and what to do if something does not arrive as expected.

2. What you receive

When you start a trial or buy a subscription, you get online access to the ShiftKumo web app for one workspace. Every plan includes every feature, unlimited employees, unlimited locations and unlimited schedules. Your staff use ShiftKumo from any phone browser, so there is nothing to install or download.

3. No physical goods and no shipping fees

We do not ship any physical goods. No boxes, discs, devices or printed materials are sent. Because nothing is shipped:

• there are no shipping, handling or delivery fees;
• there are no customs duties or import charges from us; and
• you do not need to give us a shipping address.

The price shown is the total price for each billing period, and any applicable taxes are included. See our Pricing page for current plans.

4. When access starts

Your account is activated immediately after checkout, so you can start building schedules straight away. Every plan begins with a 1-hour free trial. Nothing is charged at sign-up (US$0 / ¥0). Exactly 1 hour after the trial starts, the full price of the plan you selected is charged, unless you cancel before the hour ends at Settings → Billing → Cancel trial.

5. Your confirmation e-mail

Within 5 minutes of checkout, we send a confirmation e-mail with your login link to the e-mail address you entered. Keep this e-mail. It confirms your plan and tells you how to sign in.

6. If your confirmation e-mail has not arrived

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
2. Search your inbox for "shiftkumo.com".
3. Check that the e-mail address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
4. If the e-mail has still not arrived within 1 hour, contact support@shiftkumo.com with your name and the e-mail address you used at checkout. Please never send us your full card number.

We will confirm your account and resend your login link. Our first reply arrives within 1 business day.

7. Where the Service is available

ShiftKumo is available worldwide, wherever we can lawfully provide the Service. You can pay in US dollars (USD) or Japanese yen (JPY), and each user can choose English or Japanese for the interface. We may be unable to provide the Service in places where sanctions or other laws prohibit it.

8. Receipts and billing e-mails

All billing documents are delivered electronically to your account e-mail address:

• a receipt for every charge, including the first charge after your trial and every renewal;
• a renewal reminder 7 days before renewal, for plans of 12 months or longer;
• cancellation confirmations, sent immediately; and
• refund confirmations.

If you need a receipt sent again, e-mail support@shiftkumo.com from your account e-mail address.

9. Ongoing access to the Service

Your subscription gives you continuous online access for the billing period you paid for, and it renews automatically until you cancel. We work to keep the Service available around the clock. Planned maintenance and other availability matters are covered in our Terms of Service.

10. Delivery problems and refunds

If you cannot access the Service after checkout, contact us and we will fix it quickly. Every payment is also covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Full refund on unused credits. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details. Charges appear on your card statement as SHIFTKUMO.COM.
