The problem we solve

In restaurants, shops, clinics, hotels and warehouses, the weekly schedule decides who works when — and it is still often built by hand in spreadsheets, paper charts and group chats. Managers spend hours collecting availability, checking who can cover which shift and re-sending updates whenever something changes.

The result is wasted management time, last-minute gaps, unplanned overtime and schedules that feel unfair to the people who work them.

ShiftKumo replaces that with one shared schedule: staff submit availability from their phones, ShiftKumo drafts a schedule that respects skills, hours and labor rules, and everyone sees changes the moment they are published. Clock-ins and timesheets close the loop, so managers see hours and labor costs before payroll — not after.
